പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, വൊക്കേഷണല് ഹയര് സെക്കന്ഡറി , പഞ്ചായത്ത്, ക്യഷി,
ഹോമിയോപതി, ആയുര്വേദ മെഡിക്കല് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പുകള്ക്ക് കീഴില്
പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ എയ്ഡഡ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെയും ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പി.എഫ്
അക്കൗണ്ടുകള് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് എയ്ഡഡ്
ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റിയൂഷന്സ് പ്രൊവിഡന്റ് ഫണ്ട് (GAINPF) സംവിധാനം ബാധകമാക്കി
സര്ക്കാര് ഉത്തരവായി. ഇത്തരം ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പ്രൊവിഡന്റ് ഫണ്ടുമായി
ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും ഏപ്രില് ഒന്ന് മുതല് ഗെയിന് പി.എഫ്
സംവിധാനത്തില് മാത്രമെ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാനാകു.
ശമ്പളത്തിന് പുറമെയുളള ബില്ലുകളും ഓണ്ലൈനാക്കി
സര്ക്കാര്
ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പളത്തിന് പുറമെയുളള ബില്ലുകളും ട്രഷറിയില് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്
രൂപത്തില് സമര്പ്പിക്കുന്നത് ഏപ്രില് ഒന്ന് മുതല് നിര്ബന്ധമാക്കി
സര്ക്കാര് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. ശമ്പള ബില്ലുകള് പോലെ ഇവയും
ഡി.ഡി.ഒ മാര് സ്പാര്ക്കില് തയ്യാറാക്കി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ട്രഷറിയിലേക്ക്
ഓണ്ലൈനായി നല്കണം. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകളുടെ സ്കാന് ചെയ്ത പകര്പ്പും
ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ബില്ലില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തണം. മാര്ച്ച് 31 ന് ശേഷം
ഫിസിക്കല് ബില്ലുകള് ട്രഷറികളില് സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല. പുതിയ സംവിധാനം
സുഗമമാക്കുന്നതിനായി ആറ് മാസത്തേക്ക് ഓണ്ലൈന് ബില്ലുകള്ക്കൊപ്പം
ഫിസിക്കല് ബില്ലുകളും സമര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
സമ്മര് ക്യാമ്പ് ഏപ്രില് അഞ്ചിന്
കായിക
യുവജന കാര്യാലയം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സമ്മര് ക്യാമ്പ് ഏപ്രില് അഞ്ചിന്
ആരംഭിക്കും. സ്വമ്മിംഗ്, ബാഡ്മിന്റണ്, ടേബിള് ടെന്നീസ്,
ജിംനാസ്റ്റിക്സ്, മാര്ഷ്യല് ആര്ട്സ് എന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളില് പരിശിലനം
നല്കും. അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറം കായിക യുവജന കാര്യാലയത്തില് നിന്ന് നേരിട്ട്
ലഭിക്കും. അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി ഏപ്രില് രണ്ട്. വിശദാംശം
