Sixth Working Day Latest Instructions
ആറാം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിദിവസത്തെ കണക്കെടുപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പുതിയ സര്‍ക്കുലര്‍. ഇത് പ്രകാരം കുട്ടുകളുടെ UID പ്രകാരമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. Sixth Working Day സൈറ്റില്‍ EID രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും UID ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രിന്റ് എടുക്കുന്നതിനും അവസരമൊരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഇതിനായി ചെയ്യേണ്ട പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ താഴെപ്പറയുന്നു. ജൂണ്‍ 30ന് മുമ്പ് ഈ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം.
നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍.....
ചുവടെ പറയുന്ന രീതിയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ക്രമീകരിക്കുക
1. Report of Sampoorna and Sixth Working Day എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ Consolidation Reports കാണാവുന്നതാണ്
2. Batch Synchronization എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് Batch (Class and Division) Data Sync ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്
2. Sampoorna Synchronization എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് Sampoorna Data Sync ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്
3. Entry Form EID / UID എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ Class-ലും ഉള്ള UID / EID ഇല്ലാത്ത കുട്ടികളുടെ UID / EID എന്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത് സേവ് ചെയ്യുക
4. Class wise Print എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ -ലും പഠിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ Details Print എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്
